No way!   We have no interest or desire to take a piece of the business that coaches are building.  We do not take a commission, nor do we charge booking fees to the athletes, we don’t have anything to do with payments from athletes to the private coaches.  The National Directory of Private Coaches and Training Facilities is 100% free for Private Coaches, Training Facilities, and athletes. Free, like it should be.

Some of our competitors will charge a fee for coaches to join, some will take a percentage of every lesson the coaches give, some will charge the athletes a booking fee.  At the National Directory of Private Coaches and Training Facilities, we have various advertisements from our partners throughout the site. This is how we keep our site 100% free.  The way it should be.

The Coach Registration template will walk you through the creation process for your advertisement, however yes, of course, if you need assistance, just ask!

Your advertisement can include links to your website, multiple social media accounts, photos, and embedded YouTube videos etc.

The Coach Registration, “Description” box, gives you the opportunity to provide information about your skills, and/or your training facility.  Write as much or as little as you choose, but the more you write, the higher your ad will rank in google search results.

Include your past and current playing and coaching experience and the skills you can help develop.  If you offer online lessons, be sure to mention this as well.

You can always log back in at any time to update your profile as often as you want.

Remember to always ask the athletes, or parents of athletes, to contact you, or visit your website, that is the goal!

No, we are not hiring coaches with the registration process.  You would remain as an independent coach offering training. You would just be using our site to help promote your training business.

No.  The National Directory of Private Coaches only facilitates the introductions of the athletes to the coaches.  All lessons booked, and all transactions, are strictly between the athlete and the coach.  Due to this structure, we don’t have a record of any booked lessons with an athlete, so we advise coaches to obtain their own general liability coverage.

Absolutely!  You can use the same registration process to advertise your training facility. In addition, if you offer instruction at your facility for more than one sport, such as baseball and softball.  Simply select both sports in the “Sports” section when you register and advertise to athletes searching for either sport.  In addition to that, if you have more than one facility location, we would suggest one advertisement per city for increased visibility of your ads to the athletes living in each city.

The National Directory of Private Coaches and Training Facilities is 100% free for Coaches and Athletes.  Any refund requests for lessons paid for, are between athletes and the coach/facility and will need to be handled privately between the two parties, and will be subject to that coaches policies.

No, unfortunately, we cannot provide a guarantee that you will get any amount of new business.  There are many factors into how many new athletes you will have an opportunity to coach.  Your geographic location, the sport you coach, price per hour, experience etc.   If you are not finding success with your ad, you can choose to remove your ad.  Although always remember, it is 100% free.

No, unfortunately we don’t permit this.  However, please contact us so we can put a banner ad on our site for you for a small fee.
